Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) For Immigration Services:
This Agreement is made between Duxton Immigration Consultancy Pte Ltd (hereafter known as “Duxton”) and the Applicant (hereafter known as “The Applicant”).
Thank you for appointing Duxton as your Consultant on the above matter. We may require more information or relevant documentation to be furnished to us before we are able to proceed with the services stated in this proposal. Kindly refer to the scope of services that we will render in respect of the above matter and our fees for carrying out any work.
Duxton, it’s owners, affiliates and vendors are not related to any associations to any government agencies in any way and operate as a private consultancy firm.
Other Terms
“ICA” refers to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority.
Please read these terms of Services completely. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the premises, goods and services (collectively known as “Services”) rendered by Duxton.
1) Description of Services
Upon receiving initial payment, we will commence on the services as confirmed in your service proposal.
Duxton will inform and seek the agreement of The Applicant regarding any additional charges prior to rendering the additional services as stated below. The following additional services may be charged to The Applicant in full:
- Retrieval and delivery of documents
- Retrieval of documents from any law-enforcement, government or third party agencies
- Editing or drafting of Resume(s)
- Translation and/or Notarisation of any documentations
2) Payment & Payment Terms
Payment shall be made to Duxton Immigration Consultancy Pte Ltd, in the amount as stated in this proposal, for Duxton to render to you the full ensuite of Services as descripted in this proposal. Fees payable to Duxton must be paid in full before any work will commence.
Service fees as described in this proposal is not inclusive of any Government fees (if any) that is payable to the relevant Government Organisations.
Application fees are strictly non-refundable once any work has commenced.
Payment can be made via cheque/Casher’s Order/Banker’s Order/Draft or by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our bank account as follows:

Alternatively, payment can also be made by debit/credit card via our approved Stripe payment gateway as prepared by your immigration specialist.
3) Full Discretionary Outcome
Duxton will put together the best case for The Applicant’s submission to ICA. The Applicant understands that the final outcome is at the full discretion of ICA on behalf of the Singapore Government.
4) Exclusion of Liability
Duxton will not be responsible for:
a) Incomplete forms, documents and/or details, during the e-PR submission with ICA arising from The Applicant’s negligence (e.g. non-response to email reminders of full submission details and list of documents). Any misrepresentation of information to ICA resulting in false and incorrect documentation submitted. All information provided must be authentic and accurate to the best of The Applicant’s knowledge.
b) Any loss of original documents throughout the duration of the application. Unless stated otherwise or requested by The Applicant, Duxton shall not keep any of The Applicant’s original documents.
c) Rejection arising from The Applicant’s non-compliance with Duxton, it’s owners, affiliates and vendors’ instructions and/or directions during the application process.
5) Reapplication and Appeal Process
In the unfortunate event of an unfavourable outcome and should there be a need for Duxton to assist The Applicant with any reapplication or to file for an appeal, The Applicant will be required to:
- Furnish proof of the rejection outcome of your application or appeal (whichever applicable) from ICA, whether it be by way of a letter from ICA or a screenshot of the rejection via the ICA website/mobile application with the date of rejection clearly printed (the “Rejection”)
- Inform Duxton of the rejection outcome within fourteen (14) calendar days from the earliest date of rejection printed on the proof of rejection.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Duxton will deem the application as successful and will not be obligated to provide you with any re-application or appeal (whichever applicable) attempts.
Duxton reserves the right to request for both the screenshot from the ICA website/mobile application and/or the physical letter of rejection delivered to you from ICA in order to determine the earliest date of your rejection for the purposes stated in sub-clause 5(b).
6) Late Submission of Documents
For any late submissions of documents to Duxton within one (1) month of ICA e-PR submission, Duxton reserves the right to reschedule The Applicant’s submission to a later date, dependent on the existing work queue.
7) ) Intellectual Property
All documents, systems, checklists, advice and all original content are the sole property of Duxton and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate copyright and other intellectual property (IP) rights laws. The Applicant shall not disclose, share or sell any information received pertaining to Duxton’s services rendered to you. Failure to comply to this clause may result in legal action taken against The Applicant.
Duxton will not share or disclose any information from The Applicant to any third parties, unless instructed by The Applicant in writing, or if such documents are subpoenaed by law.
8) Terms of Use
Intellectual property, content and documents obtained from Duxton must not be abused, distributed, sold or passed on to any third parties. Duxton retains the right to pursue legal options against The Applicant should The Applicant be found to have distributed any content or material(s) provided by Duxton.
9) Termination of Services
Should any of the terms in this formalised proposal be infringed, Duxton reserves the right to terminate our services rendered to The Applicant and to commence legal proceedings, if required.
10) Other Disclaimers
Any content that is prepared for The Applicant is edited, checked and verified for accuracy as much as possible. Duxton, as well as its owners, affiliates and contributing authors will not be held responsible for any damages or unfavourable application results that occurs as a result of engaging our services.
It is the responsibility of The Applicant to inform Duxton of the status of the application immediately upon any notification(s) or application status update(s) from the relevant organisations or authorities.
All services rendered will only be applicable to The Applicant and his/her immediate family members only (inclusive of spouse or any child/ren that The Applicant may be expecting during the application process).
